Go vs Magic

Magic
Well I suppose I should follow up my post on the prerelease... This weekend a buncha friends here in this Georgia area decided to go up to the prerelease for future sight. I had alot of fun. On Friday I give RoboGriff a call and he tells me to be there by 5:30... well I got off at 4:15 I can try and make it home by 4:30 or so. I need to pack and also travel over there, much less change out of work clothes! Well I get there and we head up, we stay at a friend of RoboGriff's, Anthony. Anthony was a cool guy. Anyway, most of the people that read this already know what happened over the weekend! Well this seems confusing so far... maybe I should read and think about what I write.

Go!
So what I gave up was a chance to play tons of games over the weekend. So this definitely means that now I have failed to meet my goal. However I do think this is the most games I have played in a long time. What was cool was that I was starting to get STRONGER again!! I was winning a lot of my games and I think I am about to move up a rank, for some reason 1k or 1d is taken a lot more seriously then a 2k.. Still people keep asking me to teach them what a hassle. I think I might restrict them to be stronger then 15k because I can't take teaching people who don't know anything anymore!! I tell them something and they never do it! Whether or not they understand what I was trying to say I have no idea.

Match 1 Money
Go costs $0 to play... Magic costs err well as much as you want to put into the game. However a minimum of $30 for the cheapest okay type deck. To win you might need to invest a little more. Match winner Go! For obvious reasons.
Go: 1 Magic: 0

Match 2 Time
A game of magic you can easily play in 15minutes. Though some games can take longer most games will be done by at least 30 minutes because matches only last for 50 minutes and you need 3 games! In go, however, the game lasts on average 45 min - 1hr... I mean this is obviously nothing like my 6 hours games of Axis and Allies but still a tough thing to accomplish sometimes. Another thing about go is that it is very draining on you mentally. After three games or so my head starts to seriously hurt, or one game if I am concentrating a lot on it. I think I will give this match to Magic!
Go:1 Magic: 1

Match 3 Strategy
This is a very complex issue. Both of these games and invoke a lot of strategy and because I am running out of time... I will give it a tie!

*Taps Mic*
"Hello Hello, okay... THE WINNER IS! WHAT?"
*holds hand to mic but you can still hear what is being said*
"what do you mean we don't have a winner! we need a winner... tell them to play again?!!"
*Mummble Gargle blarga*
"What do you mean we don't have time for that!"
*Takes hand off mic*
"Well it seems we have a tie! Congratulations Go and Magic!"

Anyone know what this blog was about? How did we end up with some kind of speaker at the end? This is weird...
