Life At Riddle
Well I am back to trying to get the Go Club to become an actual size club on campus. However this is very tiring. I seem to have been able to spread the word of go so that people no longer call it othello. Instead they are like is that Go?? I am like yes do you know how to play? Either answer is a little bit or no. And I try and coerce them into being taught the game. The result is some days we get 4 people to show up and some days we get a stunning 7 people to show up!!! This is actually very interesting because more then a dozen people show up to the meetings if you add them all together?? Do I have a finicky club that people only show up to if they are in the mood? After all this is only a game... we don't actually have a lot more benefits then say playing chess. Maybe we can brag that you need to be more skillful to play Go then to play Chess?

So bragging that you need to be more skillful to play Go than to play chess might not your be your best plan to attract more members...it might make you seem kind of like some group who thinks they are better than the chess people. But then again, I can't play go, or chess, so that really isn't saying much for me. I have found that food usually brings people into meetings, so good luck.
